On 22 May 2026, UBS AG—an exempt principal trader connected to ENN Energy Holdings Limited—disposed of a combined 12,600 ordinary shares in the offeree company while hedging client-driven products related to ENN Energy’s ongoing privatisation by scheme of arrangement.

The transactions were executed as follows:

• Delta-1 product hedging: sale of 11,900 shares for USD0.70 million at prices between USD58.35 and USD58.58 per share.

• Equity-related product hedging: sale of 700 shares for USD0.04 million at a single price of USD60.75 per share.

Aggregated, UBS AG realised USD0.74 million from the disposals, with the highest trade price at USD60.75 and the lowest at USD58.35.

The bank confirmed that the trades were conducted wholly for its own account and that UBS AG is ultimately owned by UBS Group AG.
