BetterLife Holding Limited (BetterLife) reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 622.50 million, while the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, resulting in total issued shares of 622.50 million.

BetterLife confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%. No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 17 June 2021, 3.00 million options were outstanding at both the beginning and end of July, carrying the potential to convert into an equal number of ordinary shares. The scheme still permits issuance of up to 50.20 million additional shares upon future option grants. No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements were reported, and no other share movements occurred.

The monthly return was authorised for submission by Director Sun Jing on 3 August 2026.
