Heavy Rainfall Causes Multiple Flight Cancellations and Delays at Tianjin Binhai Airport

Heavy rain has hit many areas of Tianjin on August 12, impacting travel at Tianjin Binhai International Airport. As of 12:30 PM, the weather conditions have led to the cancellation of 4 flights and delayed 13 others.
Flights heading to the southwest, particularly to destinations like Chengdu, Guiyang, and Kunming, have been significantly affected by the severe weather. Furthermore, due to the rainfall across the city, all entrances to the S2 Jinning Expressway have been closed.
On the G25 Changshen Expressway, the entrances at Hangu Farm, Lutai, Hangu, Qinghe Farm, and Zhongxin Bridge toll stations have implemented restrictions, limiting access for yellow-plate trucks.
