LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that Mr. Zeng Qingyi has resigned from his positions as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager, effective May 18, 2026, due to personal career development plans. Following his resignation, Mr. Zeng Qingyi no longer holds any position within the group. On May 21, 2026, the board of directors resolved to appoint Ms. Yang Lihua as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Wan Feng as the company's Deputy General Manager. Their terms of office will commence from the date of the board's approval and will last until the conclusion of the third board of directors' term.
