Jacobio-B repurchases 101,100 shares for HK$0.50 million; outstanding share count trimmed to 782.78 million

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (Jacobio-B) disclosed that it bought back 101,100 ordinary shares on 09 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased within a price range of HK$4.93–HK$4.95, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HK$4.94 per share and an aggregate payment of approximately HK$0.50 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.0129 % to 782.78 million shares, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 791.76 million. Treasury shares rose to 8.97 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 05 June 2026, which authorises Jacobio-B to repurchase up to 78.37 million shares. Including the latest transaction, 943,200 shares—about 0.12 % of the mandate limit—have been repurchased to date. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury, and the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 08 August 2026.
