NEW GONOW RV Reports Stable Share Structure in March 2026 Monthly Return

Hong Kong-listed New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (NEW GONOW RV) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the month. The filing was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 April 2026.

Total authorised share capital held steady at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 200,000. No increase or decrease in authorised or registered capital was recorded.

Issued share capital also remained constant at 960.00 million ordinary shares, and the company reported no treasury shares on its balance sheet. As there were no share issuances, repurchases, cancellations or conversions, the total number of issued shares was unchanged from the prior month.

The company confirmed that at least 25 % of its issued ordinary shares were in public hands as required under Main Board Rule 13.32B, ensuring ongoing compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float threshold.

No outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were reported during the period. The filing was signed by Joint Company Secretary Qian Weiqiang, who attested that all relevant corporate and regulatory requirements had been satisfied.
