CHU KONG SHIP Announces Fiscal Year Results: Profit Attributable to Shareholders Plummets 55.6%

CHU KONG SHIP (00560) has released its annual financial results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported a consolidated turnover of approximately HKD 2.551 billion, representing a decrease of 6.9% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 51.996 million, a significant decline of 55.6% year-on-year. Earnings per share stood at HKD 0.0664. The board has proposed a final dividend of HKD 0.015 per ordinary share.

For the year 2026, the group plans to adhere to its strategy of transformation and innovation while accelerating reform and development. Guided by the principle of "consolidating its presence in Hong Kong and Macau, expanding overseas, strengthening its core shipping business, and enhancing quality and efficiency," the company aims to bolster strategic coordination and actively integrate into new economic models and opportunities. Key initiatives will focus on consolidating its business advantages in Hong Kong and vigorously developing comprehensive logistics, port and terminal operations, integrated passenger transport, and Belt and Road platforms. These efforts are intended to create new growth engines, establish fresh competitive edges, explore new market spaces, and build a new framework for development.
