Info-Tech Systems Ltd. said on Aug, 11 2026 that co-founder and Executive Chairman Peter Lee will relinquish his executive and day-to-day duties on Jan, 1 2027 and remain with the board as Non-Executive Chairman.

Lee, who co-founded the company in 2007, has led its expansion into a regional provider of cloud-based human-capital management and business software, culminating in a Mainboard listing on the Singapore Exchange in 2025.

The board said the move is part of long-term succession planning. Chief Executive Officer Babu Dilip will continue to head the executive management team, which remains unchanged.

The board thanked Lee for his contributions and said his ongoing role would focus on strategic guidance, corporate governance and mentorship.
