Helens International Holdings Company Limited (HLS) said on Jun, 30 2026 that Christopher Lui will step down as company secretary, authorised representative and Hong Kong process agent, effective Jul, 1 2026, to devote more time to other business commitments. The board noted that Lui has no disagreements with directors and no issues need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.
The company has named Wong Chi Ling to succeed Lui in all three roles from Jul, 1 2026. Wong brings more than 25 years of finance, accounting and company-secretarial experience, including current duties as company secretary of Zhong Ying International Group and past roles at CCT Fortis Holdings. She also serves as an independent non-executive director of Winto Group.
Wong holds a master’s degree in parent education and several other academic qualifications from universities in Hong Kong, and is a fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
