Hong Kong-based web hosting, cloud, and IT services provider UDynamics (NASDAQ: UDUD) has increased the proposed size of its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) by 87%, while also updating its financial results for the six months ending January 31, 2026.
The company now plans to offer 5.6 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7 per share, aiming to raise approximately $34 million. This marks a significant increase from its previous filing, which sought to offer 3 million shares at the same price range. At the midpoint of the revised range, UDynamics would achieve a valuation of $142 million, representing an 87% jump from its earlier expectations.
UDynamics is a technology solutions provider catering to enterprises, government agencies, and small-to-medium businesses across Asia. Its service portfolio includes cloud hosting and management, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, and domain registration. All operations are conducted through its Hong Kong subsidiary, UDomain Web Hosting Company, which has evolved since 1998 from a traditional web hosting provider into a comprehensive digital infrastructure partner serving more than 20,000 clients.
In fiscal 2025, the company's revenue was primarily driven by cloud hosting and management services, which accounted for 76% of total revenue, followed by IT solutions services at 19% and domain registration services at 4%. Founded in 1998, UDynamics generated $7 million in revenue over the 12 months ending January 31, 2026.
The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "UDUD," with Pacific Century Securities serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
