NEW HIGHER EDU Group (02001) has announced that Ms. Huang Huiling will step down from her roles as the Company Secretary and as the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). These changes will take effect from April 28, 2026. Ms. Lam Hui Yi has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from the same date.
