CIMC Implements Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications Under HKEX Paperless Regime

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) has formally shifted to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime, effective 31 December 2023.

The move covers documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on CIMC’s website (http://www.cimc.com) and the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing printed copies.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive actionable corporate communications via email must provide a functional address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited—through which their shares are held.

Shareholders preferring printed materials can submit a reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., or send an email request to chinainternationalmarine.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each request remains valid for one year from the instruction’s receipt date.

For further inquiries, shareholders may contact the registrar at the same email address. The initiative aligns CIMC with HKEX’s sustainability objectives while offering investors flexible access to corporate information.
