C CARBONNEUTRAL issues 3.00 million new shares after option exercise

China Carbon Neutral Development Group Limited (abbreviated as C CARBONNEUTRAL) increased its issued share capital following the exercise of share options on 2 June 2026.
The company allotted 3.00 million ordinary shares at HKD 0.262 per share, expanding the issued share base by 0.34 % from 880.89 million to 883.89 million shares.
No treasury shares were outstanding or repurchased, and no share cancellations were pending as of the same date.
The board confirmed that the allotment complied with all Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and relevant legal requirements.
