Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL (STGT) announced that it repurchased 0.30 million shares on Jun, 22 2026 through on-exchange transactions under its ongoing financial-management share buyback programme approved on May, 08 2026.

The shares were acquired at 10.20 Thai baht each, representing a total consideration of about 0.12 million Singapore dollars.

Including this latest purchase, STGT has now repurchased 1.60 million shares, or 0.06 per cent of its paid-up share capital, for an aggregate outlay of roughly 0.68 million Singapore dollars.

The programme allows for the repurchase of up to 62.10 million shares, equal to 2.17 per cent of the company’s paid-up shares, and is scheduled to run until Nov, 07 2026.

Director and Chief Financial Officer Thanawan Sa-ngiamsak signed off on the report, filed with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
