United Overseas Australia directors lift holdings through dividend reinvestment plan

United Overseas Australia Limited disclosed that three of its directors increased their indirect or direct interests in the company on Jun, 5 2026 through participation in the firm’s dividend reinvestment plan.

Kong Pak Lim acquired 27.82 million ordinary shares for about 18.88 million Singapore dollars, raising his indirect stake to 972.30 million shares.

Stuart Alexander Third, via associated holdings, bought 148 ordinary shares valued at roughly 0.00010 million Singapore dollars, lifting his indirect stake to 10,129 shares.

Teo Chee Seng directly purchased 6,476 ordinary shares for approximately 0.00439 million Singapore dollars, increasing his direct holding to 226,188 shares.

The company confirmed that all transactions were conducted outside any closed trading period, eliminating the need for prior written clearance.
