TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) announced on May, 20 2026 the retirement of 62-year-old Independent Non-Executive Director Dato' Jasmy Bin Ismail, who also stepped down as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.

To fill the resulting vacancies, the board redesignated 51-year-old Independent Non-Executive Director Natasha binti Mohd Zulkifli from committee member to Chairperson of the Nomination Committee.

The company simultaneously appointed 70-year-old Singaporean Independent Non-Executive Director Paul Lim Joo Heng as a member of the Nomination Committee and confirmed him as Chairman of the Audit Committee. In a separate move, 54-year-old Independent Non-Executive Director Ina Hasniza binti Ibrahim joined the Audit Committee as a member.

Following these changes, the Nomination Committee now comprises Chairperson Natasha binti Mohd Zulkifli, together with members Paul Lim Joo Heng and Lim Fook Hin, while the Audit Committee consists of Chairman Paul Lim Joo Heng and members Ina Hasniza binti Ibrahim and Lim Fook Hin.
