Guotou Securities has maintained its "Buy-A" investment rating on SY HOLDINGS (06069). The company continues to strengthen its dual-drive strategy of platformization and technological advancement, with accelerated light-asset transformation boosting profit flexibility. Innovative ventures in e-commerce, overseas expansion, and AI are expected to unlock a second growth curve. The brokerage forecasts EPS of RMB 0.58, RMB 0.78, and RMB 1.03 for 2026-2028, applying an 18x P/E ratio for 2026 to derive a six-month target price of HK$11.86 (converted at HK$1 = RMB 0.88). SY HOLDINGS disclosed its 2025 annual report, reporting annual core revenue and income of RMB 904 million (YoY -1.7%) and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 479 million (YoY +26.0%). Diluted EPS stood at RMB 0.45, with a proposed final ordinary dividend of 40.47 cents per share and a special dividend of 23.19 cents per share.

Platform technology services sustained rapid growth, with revenue reaching RMB 474 million in 2025, up 36.6% year-on-year, accounting for 52.4% of total revenue and becoming the largest income source for the first time. By the end of 2025, cumulative intelligent matching business volume exceeded RMB 332.4 billion, a 33.6% increase, while cumulative client numbers surpassed 23,000, up 27%, with over 96% being small and micro enterprises. Ongoing optimization in capital partner connectivity, customer acquisition efficiency, and risk control models is improving both revenue structure and profit quality.

Innovative businesses achieved multiple breakthroughs. E-commerce platform service volume surpassed RMB 6 billion, growing more than 4.4 times from the end of 2024, with coverage of leading platforms including Douyin, SHEIN, Shopee, Kuaishou, WeChat Channels, and Dewu. Overseas expansion progressed from zero to one, with partnerships established with companies such as Carro and Changfei Fiber. AI services commercialization accelerated, generating contract revenue exceeding RMB 17 million, a sequential increase of over 40 times, promising high-margin contributions in the future.

The dividend payout ratio continued to rise, with a final ordinary dividend of 40.47 cents per share and a special dividend of 23.19 cents per share, bringing total annual dividends to over RMB 678 million. Based on the closing price on the earnings announcement date, the dividend yield exceeds 7%. Against the backdrop of deepening light-asset transformation, lower financing costs, and increased contributions from associated companies, SY HOLDINGS' "high-growth + stable dividend" profile is further reinforced.
