HRnetGroup Limited announced on Apr, 27 2026 that it sold 1,500,000 treasury shares for about 1.14 million Singapore dollars to enhance trading liquidity and free float.
Following the transaction, the company’s treasury stockholding declined to 20,647,106 shares from 22,147,106 shares, reducing its proportion of issued share capital from 2.24% to 2.08%.
