Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (“Shanghai Petrochemical”) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month.

The group’s authorised share capital stayed at 10.54 billion shares, split between 3.21 billion H shares and 7.33 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB1.00.

Issued shares also held steady at 3.21 billion H shares and 7.33 billion A shares, and the company reported zero treasury shares. No share issuances, repurchases, cancellations, or capital-altering instruments—such as share options, warrants, or convertibles—occurred during May.

The return, submitted on 1 June 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Liu Gang, states that all listing-rule confirmations and statutory filings remain in order.
