According to a research report from Guolian Minsheng Securities, LEPU Bio has successfully monetized its R&D capabilities through the global rights licensing of CMG901 to AstraZeneca and the ex-Greater China rights licensing of MRG007 to ArriVent. During the reporting period, the company recognized a total of RMB 149 million in milestone revenue from these CMG901 and MRG007 licensing transactions.
From a business model perspective, the company has successfully established and validated its domestic commercialization capabilities, while also nearing the completion of the full-cycle Business Development (BD) process for CMG901. This achievement positions LEPU Bio to drive continuous optimization of its revenue structure through the dual-engine approach of domestic commercialization and overseas licensing partnerships.
