China Ruyi Executes HK$40.68 Million Buyback; Issued Share Count Steady at 16.80 Billion

China Ruyi Holdings Limited reported that on 19 May 2026 it repurchased 26.86 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$1.49 and HK$1.52 per share, for a total consideration of HK$40.68 million. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation. No treasury shares are being held.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 16.80 billion shares, as the cancellation process has not yet been completed.

The buyback was executed under the share repurchase mandate approved on 3 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.55 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 33.30 million shares, equivalent to 2.15% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

A moratorium on issuing new shares is in effect until 18 June 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules governing share repurchases.
