UBOT HOLDING issues 100,000 new shares under 2024 option scheme, lifting share capital to 513.44 million

UBOT HOLDING LTD. disclosed that 100,000 ordinary shares were issued on 15 May 2026 following the exercise of employee share options granted under the 2024 Share Option Scheme adopted on 24 May 2024.
The new shares, issued at HKD 0.1796 each, represent 0.0195% of the company’s issued share capital immediately prior to the transaction.
Following the allotment, UBOT HOLDING’s outstanding share count rose from 513.34 million to 513.44 million ordinary shares.
The company confirmed that the issuance was fully authorised by the board and executed in compliance with all applicable listing rules and legal requirements, with all subscription monies duly received.
