Xingye Wulian Service Group released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, covering operations for the year ended 31 December 2025 across its PRC property-management and engineering businesses (GFA under management: 13.50 million sq m).

Governance and Oversight • A three-tier ESG governance framework—Board, senior management and functional group—oversees strategy execution. • The Board reviews climate-related risks and opportunities annually; senior management integrates these into operations, backed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

Environmental Performance and Targets • Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions totalled 16,495 tCO₂e; overall emissions reached 16,730 tCO₂e, giving an intensity of 0.0012 tCO₂e/m² (down from 0.0015 tCO₂e/m² in 2024). • Energy use—all from purchased electricity—increased to 31,295 MWh on portfolio growth; intensity improved to 0.0023 MWh/m² from 0.0027 MWh/m². • Water consumption was 898,386 m³ (0.07 m³/m²), marginally above 2024’s 872,220 m³. • Non-hazardous waste generation held at 6 tonnes (0.0000004 t/m²). No hazardous waste was produced. • Corporate targets call for a 5 % reduction (vs 2020 baseline) in both GHG- and energy-intensity by 2026; identical reduction pledged for non-hazardous waste. • Scenario analysis (IPCC SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5) guides resilience planning for flood, heatwave and policy transition risks.

Social Indicators • Total headcount rose to 962, with female employees representing 61 % of the workforce; turnover averaged 7 %. • Training coverage reached 100 %, averaging 27.30 hours per employee; anti-corruption training covered 96 % of staff. • Zero work-related fatalities recorded for the third consecutive year; 12 lost days due to minor injuries. • Service quality: 175,886 customer requests handled, 99.9 % resolved; eight complaints registered. Office-building service satisfaction scored 96/100, apartments 92/100.

Operating Practices • Supplier base stood at 66, all in the PRC; environmental credentials and ISO certifications inform vendor selection. • Intellectual-property portfolio includes six registered software copyrights supporting intelligent property systems. • No concluded legal cases related to corruption; whistle-blower channels and periodic audits remain in force.

Community Engagement • Programmes ranged from free health consultations to environmental volunteer days, reinforcing the firm’s “warm services” ethos across managed communities.

The Board affirmed that no material non-compliance with PRC environmental, labour or anti-corruption laws occurred in 2025 and reiterated commitment to the 5 % intensity-reduction targets by 2026.
