Penguin International Limited announced that Mr. Lee Wei Hsiung and Ms. Kong Wei Fung will assume the roles of Company Secretaries, replacing Ms. Lim Guek Hong and Ms. See Kai Li, effective May, 08 2026.
The board expressed its appreciation to Ms. Lim and Ms. See for their service during their tenure as Company Secretaries.
