Shanghai FourSemi Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026 to review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on a potential interim dividend distribution. The meeting will be chaired by Xu Xiaolin, who serves as Chairman, Executive Director and President of FourSemi.
