AI cloud services provider Nebius Group N.V. has announced it will release its second-quarter financial results for fiscal 2026 before the US market opens on Wednesday, August 12.

Nebius Group, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is an AI infrastructure company focused on building a complete technology platform for developers and enterprises, spanning from data training to production deployment. The company's portfolio also includes Avride, a developer of autonomous driving and delivery robots, and TripleTen, a tech education platform. Additionally, it holds equity stakes in companies such as ClickHouse and Toloka.
This earnings release comes at a time of rapid business expansion for the firm. Nebius has recently announced several major partnerships: Nvidia committed to acquiring a 9.3% stake in the company for $2 billion and establishing a formal AI infrastructure collaboration; Meta signed a computing capacity procurement agreement potentially worth up to $27 billion over a five-year term.
According to analyst estimates, the market anticipates the company's quarterly revenue to be approximately 42.85 billion rubles. However, due to substantial capacity investments, a loss of around 51.46 rubles per share is expected. The company delivered strong results in the prior quarter (Q1 FY2026): group revenue surged 684% year-over-year to $399 million. Core AI cloud business revenue alone reached $390 million, an 841% increase compared to the same period last year. At that time, the company reaffirmed its full-year guidance, projecting group revenue to be between $3.0 billion and $3.4 billion.
