SFCE installs joint liquidators, relocates Hong Kong office; trading halt continues

Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited (SFCE) announced the High Court’s appointment of Mr. Chan Man Hoi (Ivan) and Mr. Cheng Man Lung as joint and several liquidators, effective 15 July 2026. The move follows earlier court proceedings that culminated in a winding-up order issued on 19 November 2025.

Effective 3 August 2026, SFCE has shifted its principal place of business in Hong Kong to 35/F, One Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong. Creditors, stakeholders and potential investors interested in the restructuring process are instructed to contact the liquidators via project_wind@deloitte.com.hk.

Trading in SFCE shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been suspended since 11:38 a.m. on 19 November 2025 and will remain halted until further notice. The liquidators will manage the company’s affairs, business and assets as agents without personal liability and intend to issue additional updates on the winding-up process in due course.

Immediately prior to the winding-up order, SFCE’s board comprised Executive Directors Mr. Han Ji Biao and Mr. Qiu Bo, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Zhao Yuwen, Mr. Kwong Wai Sun Wilson and Ms. Tse Wan Joyce.
