CGS Raises RMB6.00 Billion in Fourth-Tranche 2026 Corporate Bond Issue

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has completed the public issuance of its 2026 corporate bonds (fourth tranche) to professional investors, securing RMB6.00 billion on 21 May 2026. The placement was conducted under the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s earlier approval for up to RMB30.00 billion in total bond issuance and within the shareholder mandate allowing debt financing of up to 350% of the company’s latest audited net assets.

\n\nIssue Structure and Pricing • Two-year bonds: RMB1.30 billion issued at a 1.58% coupon. • Three-year bonds: RMB4.70 billion issued at a 1.68% coupon. Both series were priced at par (RMB100 per unit).

\n\nUse of Proceeds Funds will be applied to repay maturing corporate bonds and to supplement working capital.

\n\nParticipation by Underwriters’ Related Parties Several related entities of the joint lead underwriters subscribed to the offering: • China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited: RMB3.60 billion (three-year). • CITIC-Prudential Fund Management Co., Ltd.: RMB0.30 billion (two-year) and RMB0.30 billion (three-year). • CITIC Trust Co., Ltd.: RMB0.60 billion (three-year). • China Resources SZITIC Trust Co., Ltd.: RMB0.50 billion (two-year) and RMB0.40 billion (three-year). • China Southern Asset Management Co., Ltd.: RMB0.80 billion (two-year).

\n\nNo directors, senior management, or shareholders with holdings above 5% participated in the subscription.
