Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (DCWT, 03768) will convene its board of directors on 20 March 2026 to review and approve the consolidated annual results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and to consider a final-dividend recommendation.

\n\nIn a concurrent inside-information update, DCWT disclosed that the Chenggong District People’s Court has issued Execution Ruling (2025) Yun 0114 Zhi No. 5604, determining that the seized real-estate assets at Buildings 5, 6 and 10 in Zhongying Township are indispensable equipment rooms for the local water purification plant and therefore carry strong public-welfare attributes. The court ruled that a compulsory auction would severely affect regional wastewater treatment, making the properties unsuitable for disposal. Consequently, execution proceedings have been terminated. Creditors may apply to resume execution when conditions change and must file to extend the seizure 30 days before the current period expires.

\n\nDCWT stated that day-to-day production and operations remain normal and that it will continue to monitor developments and fulfil disclosure obligations. The company advises shareholders and investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
