Weimob Group released its first-half 2026 financial report on August 18, posting total revenue of RMB 869 million, a 12.1% increase compared to the same period last year. During the reporting period, the company's gross profit reached RMB 612 million, up 5.1% year-on-year, reflecting high-quality business development. Adjusted EBITDA stood at RMB 56 million, while adjusted net profit reached RMB 5 million, indicating continued optimization of the company's financial fundamentals. As of June 30, 2026, the group's cash and bank deposit balances were approximately RMB 1.995 billion, maintaining a healthy cash position and overall financial standing.

During the reporting period, AI application revenue grew 89.2% year-on-year to RMB 133 million, already surpassing the total AI revenue generated in the entire previous year, marking a significant breakthrough. Weimob has adopted "AI First" as its core strategy, launching AI-native products including Xingyuan, Xingqi, Xingshu, Xintuo, and Xingchuang. As AI product penetration continues to rise in high-frequency scenarios such as retail and marketing, Weimob's AI strategy is transitioning from a "productivity enhancement tool" to an "intelligent business partner," translating into tangible performance growth and creating long-term value for shareholders, clients, and partners.

This year marks a critical period for the full implementation of Weimob's "AI First" strategy, with core businesses continuing to deepen under this strategic direction. SaaS and AI revenue reached RMB 461 million, up 5.4% year-on-year, with Weimob Retail contributing approximately RMB 275 million. Precision marketing revenue reached approximately RMB 408 million, up 20.9% year-on-year, with gross profit of RMB 384 million and gross margin improving from 91.3% to 94.0%.

In the first half of the year, Weimob continued to advance the deep integration of AI and ESG governance, with "responsible innovation" consistently translating into dual drivers of commercial growth and social value. The company's self-developed "Tianquan AI Intelligent Risk Control System" for marketing was officially launched, reviewing approximately 8 million pieces of creative material monthly while reducing manual review time by over 90%. In June, Weimob announced cooperation with the China Advertising Association to fully participate in the development and release of GEO industry standards. As a "co-builder of GEO industry standards," the company is deeply involved in establishing specifications for generative engine optimization services, effectiveness evaluation, and trusted content source systems, using AI to drive compliance and compliance to safeguard growth.

During the reporting period, Weimob was honored with the title of "Shanghai Innovative Enterprise Headquarters."

AI First Strategy Fully Deployed: AI-Native Product Matrix Drives Business Restructuring

In the first half of the year, AI Native was established as one of the core pillars of Weimob's "AI First" strategy, responsible for exploring innovation in incremental markets. Combined with mature SaaS products and marketing operations, this forms a strategic pairing of "stabilizing existing business while breaking new ground in growth areas." Weimob has built a complete end-to-end technical loop for AI-enabled business, spanning from foundational models to commercial scenarios, with a series of AI-native products launched. Additionally, the group has reduced R&D and production costs through efficiency tools such as AI Coding, providing sustainable resource support for rapid product iteration.

In January, Weimob launched the domestic version of Xingqi GEO, enhancing brand visibility in the AI ecosystem and building a full-funnel marketing loop. It has been adapted for mainstream AI search platforms including Doubao, DeepSeek, Yuanbao, Tongyi Qianwen, and Kimi, covering industries such as consumer goods, digital appliances, automotive, education, home furnishings, lifestyle services, and skincare cosmetics. The AI-powered full-chain intelligent customer acquisition product "Xintuo" covers the entire process of finding, screening, researching, and reaching customers, leveraging multi-channel mining of high-potential clients, multi-dimensional data filtering of leads, and AI-driven intelligent communication for efficient outreach. It supports automated WeChat adding and content nurturing to continuously activate potential users.

The AI-powered omni-channel e-commerce intelligent growth hub "Xingshu" breaks down channel silos, enabling "one-sentence management of omni-channel business." It aggregates operating data from mainstream e-commerce platforms, provides real-time monitoring and alerts, covers scenarios including stores, products, marketing, and livestreaming, and is equipped with a Skills center and enterprise knowledge base supporting 24/7 AI-powered operations. The AI creative automation production platform "Xingchuang WIMO" connects the entire pipeline from inspiration to finished video, automatically generating videos in one stop. It supports completing the "creative-script-storyboard-final video" loop within a single free-form canvas, covering scenarios such as advertising, Xiaohongshu, e-commerce, and film/TV animation. Users experience a threefold improvement in work efficiency, with AI material penetration reaching 70%.

Deep AI+SaaS Integration: WAI Upgraded to Weimob Xingyuan, Reshaping the Business Operating System

In the AI+SaaS domain, the group is driving deep integration of AI into business scenarios, upgrading the "Agent+Skills" technical architecture to achieve full-chain intelligence from business decisions to execution. AI Agent capabilities driven by Skills are being deeply and seamlessly integrated into all Weimob SaaS products, evolving from tool-based empowerment to "agent collaboration" and restructuring merchants' "people, goods, and venues" operating systems. During the reporting period, although continued reduction of low-quality business led to decreases in merchant numbers and deferred revenue, the strong growth of AI application business drove overall revenue stabilization and recovery.

During the reporting period, Weimob's WAI was upgraded to "Weimob Xingyuan," an AI-native intelligent operating system targeting the e-commerce and retail sector. Weimob Xingyuan has transformed industry know-how into "Skills" and centrally launched multiple core operational capabilities, including automated follow-up on high-value sales leads, conversational AI store setup, on-demand business information queries, and ChatBI attribution analysis. On the interaction front, it has shifted from traditional GUI graphical interfaces to LUI language interaction, allowing merchants to start operations through natural language conversations. Weimob has deconstructed the industry know-how accumulated from serving thousands of retail brands into standardized, independently callable, and freely combinable Skill modules, enabling Agents to perform task decomposition and Skill capability scheduling, achieving "conversation as operation."

In the first half of the year, merchants' depth of usage of Xingyuan increased significantly. User call frequency for multiple AI functions in core business scenarios continued to climb, with activity showing notable positive growth: the number of merchants using managed task functions in June was 6.8 times that of May; merchants using data query/business analysis scenarios grew 102.7% quarter-on-quarter; and merchants using customer operations/CRM scenarios increased 53.7% quarter-on-quarter. During the 618 shopping festival, Weimob Xingyuan had already integrated into merchants' core promotional workflows, with June query volume reaching three times that of May.

Weimob Retail's brand clients demonstrate strong operational stickiness and willingness for continued payment, with churn rates maintained at relatively low levels and overall revenue remaining stable. In the first half of the year, Weimob Retail revenue accounted for 59.5% of SaaS and AI revenue, with merchant count reaching 7,221, including 1,225 brand merchants. Average revenue per brand merchant was approximately RMB 181,000. With Weimob Retail as the core segment, Weimob has built a multi-industry integrated solutions system covering e-commerce, local retail, and local services. During the reporting period, Weimob continued to drive merchant business growth, with the retail segment performing strongly: transaction order volume for retail solution merchants grew 11% year-on-year, stores with monthly GMV exceeding RMB 10 million grew 31% year-on-year, and brand client account retention increased 9% year-on-year. Revenue from single-account multi-product collaborations grew 20% year-on-year, and the "Retail + WeCom + Membership" integrated solution received strong market recognition with collaboration revenue up 38% year-on-year.

Among China's top 100 companies in retail, apparel, and fast-moving consumer goods, Weimob's penetration continues to expand, reaching 40%, 26%, and 26% respectively. During the reporting period, the number of merchant accounts choosing smart retail solutions increased 35% year-on-year, with apparel retail accounts up 17.2%, food and beverage up 78.8%, pet products up 154.9%, and medical supplies up 116.7%. Weimob also launched two solutions for the local lifestyle sector—"Smart Services" and "Smart Life"—connecting core operational links including service booking, package card customer retention, membership operations, omni-channel fulfillment, and store management.

Full-Chain AI+Marketing Restructuring: "Tian Series" Tool Chain Builds Omni-Channel Growth Engine

In the AI+marketing domain, Weimob leverages AI large models and generative technologies to empower ad placement, content creativity, and strategy optimization, providing merchants with full-chain intelligent marketing solutions from traffic to conversion, achieving cost reduction, efficiency gains, and commercial breakthroughs. In the first half of 2026, Weimob Marketing facilitated gross advertising billings of approximately RMB 7.72 billion, down 10.4% year-on-year, while paying merchants grew 4.0% to 40,855. Average spending per paying user was RMB 189,016, essentially stabilizing. The company proactively adjusted its client structure, discontinuing services for certain low-margin, high-advance-payment, or long-payment-cycle clients. While this resulted in some decline in gross billings, it improved operational efficiency, turned operating cash flow positive, and ensured financial health.

In the first half of the year, Weimob built a complete AI intelligent tool chain for its marketing business: the AI intelligent strategy system "Tianshu" transforms industry insights and case studies into callable strategies, reducing knowledge retrieval time by over 90%; the AI intelligent placement system "Tianqi" connects multiple platforms including Tencent, Xiaohongshu, Kuaishou, and Douyin, reducing manual repetitive operations by 80% and improving ad setup efficiency by 85%; the AI intelligent creative material system "Tianji" closes the loop of "creative generation-material management-performance tracking-hit material accumulation-element reuse," cutting material costs by 70%; the AI intelligent operations system "Tiangong" connects multi-platform API data to achieve optimal matching of "people-accounts-clients," improving analysis and diagnostic efficiency by 60%; and the AI intelligent risk control system "Tianquan" employs "AI review + manual re-check" human-machine collaboration, reviewing approximately 8 million creative materials monthly, reducing manual review time by over 90%, and improving risk control efficiency by more than 10 times. Additionally, Weimob launched the AI-powered intelligent influencer marketing collaboration management backend "Tianxuan," which uses data and AI to restructure influencer resource management, connecting the entire pipeline of collection, account review, execution, ordering, content review, and asset accumulation to achieve business closure: media usage rate of 75%, AI account review covering 8,500+ influencers, with support for knowledge base and influencer library reuse.

In the first half of 2026, Weimob continued to develop and grow across multiple platforms including Tencent, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Kuaishou, and Alipay. Within the Tencent ecosystem, Weimob leveraged the Tianquan AI intelligent risk control system to build compliance management capabilities covering the entire placement pipeline, successfully winning the 2026 Tencent Marketing "Risk Control Star" award. During the reporting period, Weimob's consumption on the Xiaohongshu platform grew 84% year-on-year, and the company was selected as a Xiaohongshu "Seed Marketing Mid-Level Talent Co-Building Agency," receiving certification for "Quality Business Partner List" across four industry tracks: food and beverage, apparel, travel and tourism, and internet trading platforms and online service tools. In the Douyin ecosystem, Weimob officially became a comprehensive agent for Jutui Local Push and a Juxing Xingtu agent in June, which, combined with the previously acquired Juxing Qianchuan service provider license, marks the company's upgrade from a platform traffic participant to a core service provider in Douyin's local lifestyle ecosystem. During the reporting period, consumption on the Jutui platform grew 48% year-on-year. In the Kuaishou ecosystem, Weimob won dual awards—"Life Services Effectiveness-Service Benchmark Award" and "Life Services Track Star"—with Kuaishou platform consumption up 24% year-on-year. In the Alipay ecosystem, Weimob received the "Innovative Exploration Partner" title for Alipay advertising, with platform consumption growing 31% year-on-year.

AI+Going Global Accelerated: Building a New Engine for Brand Growth

Weimob's overseas business now covers and consolidates markets including Malaysia and the Philippines in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Canada, Lebanon, the United States, and Papua New Guinea in Oceania. Through optimized operational efficiency, existing businesses are growing steadily. In the first half of the year, Weimob's subsidiary Haiding successfully signed new clients in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, and assisted Southeast Asian retail enterprises Savemax and HalaKIOS in building digital and intelligent systems, successfully achieving localized implementation of cross-border business operations. During the reporting period, Haiding consolidated valuable and replicable customization experience from previous overseas projects such as MINISO, Pop Mart, and CHINAMALL into standardized, reusable, and locally adaptable product capability modules. This significantly reduced customization development costs, shortened the cycle for clients entering new markets by over 60%, and enabled "out-of-the-box" global business operations and rapid replication and expansion. Meanwhile, the overseas version of Weimob Xingqi GEO has entered internal testing, extending GEO capabilities to overseas AI search and recommendation scenarios, continuously strengthening the company's international capabilities.
