Sunshine 100: No Share Capital Movements in May 2026; Public Float Fully Compliant

Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The authorised share capital stood at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, translating to HKD 40.00 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during May.

Issued share capital was steady at 2.55 billion ordinary shares (2,550,811,477 shares) and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, indicating that no new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased.

Sunshine 100 confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent of issued shares, ensuring adequate market liquidity.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised in the period. The company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, submitted the return on 4 June 2026, signed by Chairman and Executive Director Yi Xiaodi.
