Gaush Meditech Ltd, the Cayman Islands-incorporated medical technology company listed on the Hong Kong Main Board, filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026 on 6 May 2026. Key highlights are as follows:

• Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

• Issued share capital also showed no movement. Outstanding ordinary shares stood at 147.89 million, and the company held zero treasury shares.

• The board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% for the class of listed shares.

• No new share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were issued, exercised or cancelled during the month.

The confirmation was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Gao Tieta, indicating that all regulatory and procedural obligations related to the company’s equity structure were fulfilled for the reporting period.
