DFZQ Maintains Stable Share Structure in April 2026, Public Float Remains Compliant

Dongfang Securities Co., Ltd. (DFZQ) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised/Registered Share Capital • Total authorised shares stood unchanged at 8.50 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.  – A-shares: 7.47 billion.  – H-shares: 1.03 billion.

Issued Shares and Treasury Stock • Issued shares excluding treasury stock remained at 8.43 billion (A-shares: 7.41 billion; H-shares: 1.03 billion). • Treasury stock held steady at 61.55 million A-shares; no H-share treasury stock is outstanding. • No share issuances, cancellations, conversions, or additional repurchases were recorded in April.

Repurchase History The company reiterated that earlier buyback programmes led to the repurchase of 34.84 million A-shares (Nov 2023–Jan 2024) and 26.70 million A-shares (May 2025–Jun 2025). Unsold portions of these repurchases will be cancelled if not disposed of within three years of each programme’s completion.

Public Float Compliance DFZQ confirmed that the minimum public-float requirement—5% of the total issued H-shares excluding treasury stock—was met as at 30 April 2026.

The filing was signed by Chairman Zhou Lei and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.
