Shiyue Daotian Group Repurchases 122,400 H Shares, Treasury Stock Reaches 11.40 Million

Shiyue Daotian Group Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 28 April 2026 it bought back 122,400 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 6.38 to HKD 6.55, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.47 per share. The cash outlay totalled HKD 0.79 million.

Following the transaction, outstanding issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.06 billion, representing a 0.0116 % reduction from the previous day. Treasury shares increased to 11.40 million.

The repurchases form part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 42.18 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 11.40 million shares, or 2.70 % of the issued share count at the mandate date. Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Shiyue Daotian cannot issue, sell or transfer shares until 28 May 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
