JustCo Holdings Limited on Jul, 10 2026 said it has signed a master lease with OG Private Limited for about 150,000 square feet at 160 Orchard Road, Singapore, where it will develop “JustCo Place”, an integrated “Work, Live, Connect” destination.

The project includes a premium JustCo-branded coworking centre on levels three and four, a curated retail podium and 123 serviced apartments to be converted into coliving units under the new “JustAt” brand.

Deloitte Singapore has pre-committed to take 100% of the coworking space, which is scheduled to open in Sep, 2026. The coliving apartments and retail offerings are expected to commence operations in Jan, 2027.

JustCo said the development forms part of the expansion pipeline detailed in its IPO prospectus and follows new 2026 openings in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Singapore and Taipei. Additional launches are planned in Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo and Yokohama.

The coliving component will be managed by JustCo under an asset-light management agreement with OG Private Limited, expanding the group’s revenue streams without requiring capital expenditure.
