Beijing Enterprises Holdings: All 2026 AGM Motions Approved; RMB Option Offered for 2025 Final Dividend

Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited reported that every resolution put to vote at its Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2026 secured the necessary majority, with support ranging from 89.51% to 100.00%.

• Financial Statements & Dividend – The 2025 audited accounts and auditor’s report were endorsed with 99.84% of votes in favour. – A final dividend for FY-2025 was approved unanimously. Payment is scheduled for 7 August 2026 in Hong Kong dollars, with an optional Renminbi election.

• Board & Auditor Appointments – Six directors—Messrs. Yang Zhichang, Xiong Bin, Xu Tong, Geng Chao, Yu Xijian and Su Junjie—were re-elected, each receiving at least 94.53% support. – Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was re-appointed auditor with 93.83% approval.

• Shareholder Mandates – A share buy-back mandate for up to 10% of issued shares attracted 99.95% backing. – A parallel 10% issuance mandate drew 89.51% support.

• Dividend Currency Details – Shareholders may elect to receive the 2025 final dividend entirely in RMB at HK$1 = RMB 0.87178, translating to RMB 0.6712706 per share. – Election forms must reach Tricor Investor Services by 4:30 p.m. on 3 July 2026; otherwise, payment will default to Hong Kong dollars.

As of the meeting date, Beijing Enterprises Holdings had 1.26 billion shares outstanding, all entitled to vote, with no abstentions or voting restrictions recorded.
