Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (HUTCHTEL HK) has issued a reminder to shareholders outlining the operational details of its “New Arrangements on Dissemination of Corporate Communications,” first announced on 25 March 2024.

Key points:

• Mandatory electronic dissemination: In line with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, HUTCHTEL HK will continue to publish all Corporate Communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—on both the company website (www.hthkh.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be dispatched only upon specific request.

• Actionable Corporate Communications: Documentation requiring shareholder instructions (e.g., election forms, proxy forms) must be sent individually to each holder. To facilitate this, the company plans to issue these materials, or notifications of their online availability, via email.

• Email address solicitation: The company’s Hong Kong Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, currently lacks valid email addresses for certain shareholders. A personalised QR code and reply form have been distributed to collect or update email details. Shareholders can: 1) Scan the QR code on the reply form to submit an email address, or 2) Complete and return the reply form via email (hthkh.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post.

• Consequences of non-response: Absent a valid email address, future Actionable Corporate Communications will be sent in printed form along with another request for an operational email address.

• Printed copy requests: Any previous standing instructions older than one year to receive printed Corporate Communications are no longer valid. Shareholders wanting hard copies must submit a fresh request via the reply form (Option 3). Each request remains effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.

• Contact information: Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong Share Registrar at +852 2862 8688 (9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays) or via email at hthkh.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

The company secretary, Chow Yan Hing, Agnes, signed the notice dated 2 April 2026, reaffirming the transition toward electronic communication and the associated shareholder actions required for uninterrupted receipt of mandatory documentation.
