Guolian Minsheng Securities Elevates Minsheng Securities to Wholly-Owned Status After Acquiring Remaining 0.02% Stake

Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited announced that it has acquired the remaining 2.42 million shares of Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd., equivalent to 0.02 % of Minsheng Securities’ total share capital, via a judicial auction held on 29 July 2026. The shares were previously held by Oceanwide Holdings Co., Ltd.

On 30 July 2026, the Beijing Second Intermediate People’s Court issued an Enforcement Ruling confirming the transfer of ownership and related rights to Guolian Minsheng Securities. Minsheng Securities subsequently issued a new equity certificate to the buyer on the same day.

Following this transaction, Guolian Minsheng Securities’ stake in Minsheng Securities rises from 99.98 % to 100 %, converting Minsheng Securities into a wholly-owned subsidiary.
