Kunlun Energy Company Limited (Kunlun Energy) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, disclosing stable share capital metrics alongside ongoing buy-back activity.
The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 16.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 160.00 million.
Issued share capital was also static month-on-month at 8.66 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held, and the company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.
Although no new shares were issued, Kunlun Energy continued its previously announced share-repurchase programme. A cumulative 15.58 million ordinary shares were bought back between 25 March and 28 May 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 7.22 to HKD 7.61 per share. These shares had not yet been cancelled as of 31 May 2026 and therefore remain excluded from the issued-share total.
The filing reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments.
The company secretary confirmed that all transactions during the month were duly authorised and executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant legal requirements.
