WK Group (Holdings) Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 April 2026, indicating no changes to share capital during the month.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital stood unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. • Issued shares remained at 2.00 billion, while the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued share capital stayed at 2.00 billion shares.

Share Option Scheme Activity • No share options were exercised, granted, lapsed or cancelled under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 5 February 2024. • As at 30 April 2026, 200.00 million shares remain available for future grant under the scheme; no new shares were issued and no funds were raised from option exercises during the month.
