Five Companies Including Plant Doctor and Lygend Resource See IPO Review Status Shift to 'Inquiry' on Shenzhen Exchange

On June 30th, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange updated the IPO review status for five companies to 'Inquiry Received'.

The companies involved are Plant Doctor, Lygend Resource, Tianyuan Bio-Chemistry, Olight Technology, and Wheatland Energy.

Plant Doctor focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of high-altitude plant skincare products. Its offline business primarily operates through a franchise model. The brand boasts a widespread network of physical stores and diverse product displays, catering to consumers' one-stop, immediate shopping needs. The provision of premium in-store services, such as facial treatments and member salons, offers users unique product experiences and significant emotional value. By the end of 2024, Plant Doctor had a total of 4,328 offline chain stores, comprising 3,830 authorized stores and 498 directly operated outlets.

Lygend Resource is a globally leading nickel industry chain enterprise. Its core business encompasses upstream nickel resource procurement, nickel product trading, and the production and sales of nickel products. The company has deep expertise in the nickel industry chain, starting from nickel product trading and gradually expanding downstream to establish a presence across multiple segments. Through process innovation, technological R&D, and localized partnerships, it achieves efficient utilization of local resources, drives industrial upgrades, secures vital metal resources for domestic downstream industries, and realizes a mutually beneficial multinational industrial layout.

Tianyuan Bio-Chemistry is an agricultural technology innovation company whose main operations involve the R&D, production, and sales of pesticide formulations. These products are distributed to farmers in major agricultural regions nationwide through a network of over 5,000 dealers.

Olight Technology is a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level "Little Giant" specializing in the R&D, design, production, and sales of high-quality consumer-grade portable lighting products. Its main product range covers various types of flashlights, clip-on lights, headlamps, other portable lighting products, and peripherals, widely applicable in scenarios such as daily illumination, outdoor activities, maintenance and repair, search and rescue, and recreational hunting. Through years of product iteration, technological upgrades, brand building, and business model exploration, the company has grown into a well-known player in the global consumer portable lighting field, committed to providing global users with stylish, practical, and feature-rich consumer lighting products.

Wheatland Energy is a high-tech enterprise focused on the R&D, production, sales, and service of new energy power equipment, with power electronics technology at its core. Since its establishment, the company has specialized in energy conversion, storage, and management related to distributed energy. Its business revolves around the residential energy ecosystem, using energy storage systems and grid-tied inverters as pivotal points to expand into diversified smart electrical loads like charging piles and heat pumps, along with smart energy management systems, forming an integrated one-stop solar-storage-charging-heating comprehensive energy solution.
