Maiyue Technology Limited reported zero changes in its share structure for April 2026, according to its Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 4 May 2026.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million. • Issued shares totalled 500.00 million, unchanged from the previous month, with no treasury shares outstanding or cancelled.

Public Float Compliance • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% of issued shares as at 30 April 2026.

Equity Incentive Schemes • The Share Option Scheme adopted on 18 September 2023 shows no options outstanding or exercised during the month. • The scheme’s unutilised mandate allows for the potential issuance of up to 50.00 million shares.

Other Equity Instruments • No warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-linked agreements were outstanding or transacted in April.

Fund-Raising Activity • No new funds were raised during the month, as there were no option exercises or share issuances.

Governance Confirmation • Executive Director Li Changqing certified that all regulatory and listing rule requirements were met, and that the company remains in full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange obligations.
