Everbright Securities Updates US$1.00 Billion Offshore MTN Programme; Listing on HKEX Effective 30 July 2026

Everbright Securities Company Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advance I (BVI) Limited, has refreshed its existing offshore Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme with an aggregate limit of US$1.00 billion.

The updated programme is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by another wholly-owned subsidiary, China Everbright Securities International Company Limited, and further supported by a keepwell deed from the parent company.

The issuer may conduct multiple drawdowns in separate series within the 12-month window starting 29 July 2026, targeting professional investors under Chapter 37 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Actual issuance volume, timing, and specific terms will depend on prevailing market conditions and operational requirements.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the listing of the refreshed MTN programme, which is scheduled to become effective on 30 July 2026. Investors are cautioned that the issuer may or may not proceed with any drawdown.

As of the announcement date, the board is chaired by Zhao Ling, with a total of twelve directors comprising executive, non-executive, employee, and independent non-executive members.
