Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it repurchased 25,000 of its ordinary shares on Jul, 16 2026 at an average price of US$61.9887 per share.
The company added that the shares will be cancelled, leaving its issued share capital at 294,108,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson confirmed it holds no treasury shares.
