On August 13, 2026, JD Health Inc. (stock abbreviation: "JD Health", stock code: 06618 [HKD Counter] and 86618 [RMB Counter]) released its 2026 interim results announcement. In the first half of 2026, JD Health's total revenue reached RMB 40.9 billion, a year-on-year increase of 15.9%. Under the Non-IFRS measure, its operating profit was RMB 3.5 billion, up 40.3% year-on-year, with the operating profit margin improving from 7.0% to 8.5%.

JD Group SEC Committee member and CEO of JD Health, Cao Dong, stated that as a leading healthcare services enterprise, JD Health continues to implement its long-term business strategy centered on "experience, cost, and efficiency." The company actively promotes the integration of proprietary supply chain capabilities with medical services, deepens partnerships within the industry chain, and steadily advances the application of AI across diverse health consumption scenarios. This approach aims to provide users with accessible, convenient, high-quality, and affordable health products and digital health solutions.

During the reporting period, JD Health has steadily advanced its omnichannel layout for on-demand retail. The number of its JD Pharmacy self-operated stores nationwide has exceeded 450, covering more than 10 cities across the country. Relying on the omnichannel model of "self-operated stores + online medical insurance + instant delivery," JD Health's on-demand retail service has evolved beyond just "fast delivery." It now represents a systematic release of three key capabilities: depth of supply, convenience of payment, and efficiency of fulfillment.

On the payment front, after JD Health pioneered the online payment of medical insurance individual accounts in Beijing, the service has expanded to 40 cities. In Beijing alone, over 900 designated pharmacies now support this service, covering all 16 administrative districts. The platform has successfully integrated the complete purchasing process of "placing orders online, paying via medical insurance, and receiving rapid delivery."

On the fulfillment front, leveraging a grid-based delivery network covering over 2,600 counties and districts, and the transport capacity of more than 2 million riders, JD Health's on-demand retail business now covers over 300 cities nationwide. It provides 24-hour medication delivery services, with a minimum delivery time of 9 minutes in core areas. In 2025, the number of partner stores on the platform grew by over 100% year-on-year, and order volume increased by more than 200% year-on-year. This rapid growth momentum continued into the first quarter of 2026.

In July 2026, the platform launched the "24-Hour Protection Plan," offering complimentary 1-on-1 express delivery services at night. In the same month, it introduced the industry's first "Temperature-Visible Cold Chain Drug Delivery" service, initially launched in ten cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, continuously enhancing the user service experience.

From the proximity-based instant fulfillment of self-operated stores to the long-distance nationwide delivery of the B2C pharmaceutical e-commerce platform, and the "JD Buy Medicine Express Delivery" grid supply system covering over 2,600 counties and districts, JD Pharmacy has built a comprehensive omnichannel service network integrating "O2O + B2C + offline self-operated stores." This is not merely a race for speed in a single dimension; it is a systematic release of capabilities that synergize online and offline channels, and complement both long-distance and proximity-based fulfillment.
