Singapore Technologies Engineering appoints new Group Deputy CEO

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd said on May, 28 2026 that it will appoint Jeffrey Lam as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective Jun, 1 2026. Lam will step down from his current positions as Group Chief Operating Officer (Operations Excellence) and President of Commercial Aerospace and will continue to report to Group President & Chief Executive Officer Vincent Chong.

In the new role, Lam will help drive enterprise priorities, pursue group-wide synergies and oversee the Commercial Aerospace business.

The company also announced that Kevin Chow, now Head of Aerostructures and Systems at Commercial Aerospace, will succeed Lam as President of the business unit.

Headquartered in Singapore, ST Engineering recorded revenue of over 12 billion Singapore dollars in 2025 and operates across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, serving customers in more than 100 countries.
