GuocoLand Limited (F17) has obtained a 634.7 million Singapore dollar green club facility from Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (O39) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch to fund the development of its latest residential project at Lentor Central, the company said on Jul, 2 2026.
Raised under GuocoLand’s Green Finance Framework, the financing expands the developer’s portfolio of green loans that already support projects such as Springleaf Residence, Faber Residence, River Modern, Guoco Tower and Guoco Midtown.
The 171,424-sq-ft, 99-year leasehold Lentor Central parcel—GuocoLand’s fifth site in the Lentor Hills estate—was awarded on Mar, 6 2026. The firm plans to build about 553 condominium units across three towers (two of 26 storeys and one of 27 storeys), with most homes expected to enjoy unobstructed views of surrounding landed estates and nearby reservoirs.
The project is designed to achieve the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) rating with additional Maintainability, Whole Life Carbon, and Health and Wellbeing badges. It is scheduled for launch in the first half of 2027.
GuocoLand’s earlier Lentor developments—Lentor Modern, Lentor Hills Residences, Lentor Mansion and Lentor Central Residences—are fully sold, and Lentor Mansion has already secured a Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) certification.
