Bank of Changsha Finalizes 6 Billion Yuan Bond Issuance in Second Tranche

On August 18, Bank Of Changsha Co., Ltd. announced that it has successfully completed the issuance of its second batch of financial bonds for 2026 in the interbank bond market, following approval from the People's Bank of China.

The bonds were book-built on August 14, 2026, with settlement and payment finalized on August 18, 2026. The total issuance amount is RMB 6 billion, featuring a three-year fixed-rate structure with a coupon rate of 1.59%.

Proceeds from this issuance will be directed, in line with applicable regulations and regulatory approvals, toward optimizing the bank's medium- to long-term asset-liability structure, bolstering stable long-term funding sources, and supporting the expansion of new long-dated asset operations.
