Sichuan Expressway Company Limited announced the resignation of Madam Li Tao as an employee director of the ninth Board and as a member of its audit committee, effective 23 June 2026. Her departure follows her decision to retire.

The company confirmed that Li Tao’s exit leaves both the Board and the audit committee fully compliant with statutory minimum membership requirements, ensuring no disruption to ongoing governance or operational activities. According to the filing, Li Tao holds no disagreement with the Board, and no matters require shareholder attention in connection with her resignation.

In line with the Articles of Association and the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China, Sichuan Expressway will initiate statutory procedures to appoint a new employee director and audit committee member. The Board expressed appreciation for Li Tao’s diligent service and noted her contributions to the company’s standardized operations and development.

As of the announcement date, the Board consists of 11 directors: five executive directors—Luo Zuyi (Chairman), You Zhiming (Vice Chairman), Ou Hailong, Yao Jiancheng, and Mao Yurong; two non-executive directors—Nie Yibin (Vice Chairman) and Li Chengyong; and four independent non-executive directors—Yu Haizong, Zhou Hua, Jiang Tao, and Luo Hong.
