China Everbright Water (U9E) approves final dividend at 2026 AGM

China Everbright Water Limited (U9E) said shareholders passed all resolutions at the Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 22 2026 in Singapore.

Resolutions included:

• Receipt of the FY 2025 audited financial statements.

• Declaration of a final dividend of 4.22 Hong Kong cents per share (about 0.69 Singapore cents), to be paid tax-exempt.

• Approval of directors’ fees of 0.349 million Singapore dollars for FY 2025.

• Re-election of directors Xiong Jianping and Ng Joo Hee Peter.

• Re-appointment of KPMG LLP and KPMG as auditors for Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively.

• Renewal of mandates covering share issuance, scrip dividend, share buy-back (up to 10 % of issued shares), and recurrent interested-person transactions.

• Adoption of a new set of Bye-laws incorporating recent amendments.
